Randall R. Hall currently
serves as Plunkett Cooney's Real Estate/Transactional
Practice Group Leader. He practices primarily in the
areas of banking, real estate and commercial transactions
and has extensive experience representing borrowers
and lenders in financing transactions and also landlords
and tenants in leasing transactions.
Mr. Hall received his
undergraduate degree with high distinction from the
University of Michigan in 1975 and his law degree cum
laude from University of Michigan School of Law in 1978.
Mr. Hall joined Plunkett
Cooney in 1988 and became a partner in 1991. He is a
member of the State Bar of Michigan Business Law and
Real Property Law sections. He also serves on the Mortgages
and Financing Devices Committee of the Real Property
Law Section.
